This quote mean that do good things are the ones that have a good life. For example, if you keep hurting people. An example for that is hurting a family like killing some one. People should never hurt a family. If people wouldn't like other people to hurt their family, then why hurt other peoples families. People should know what is the right and wrong thing to do. People should do what is right to have a good life and not a bad one. No one deserve a bad life but some people do what is wrong.

Optometrist

Duties and Responsibilities: They examine eyes both vision and health problems, and correct refractive errors by prescribing eyeglasses and contact lenses. Some responsibilities are vision test and analyze test and diagnose sight problems.

Salary: The median annual Optometrist salary is $118,047, with a range usually between $104,531- $ 130,845.

Education: In order to be an Optometrist you need a Doctoral or Professional degree.

Reflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Why? why not?

 I would like to be one because it seems like an interesting job.

This quote means that when you do something by heart is right. For example when people give homeless food, that is doing something by heart. It's rare to see people feeding the homeless. Another example is when people do things when they don't have to. For example the video that Mr. Haymore showed us, the guy that was cutting peoples hair. He didn't have to do that but he did it either way. An example of something popular that isn't always right is drinking. Drinking isn't the right thing to do. It is always important to choose what is right and not what is wrong.

Labor and Delivery Nurse

As you can see, I choose labor and delivery nurse. They care for women during labor and childbirth, monitoring the baby and the mother, coaching mothers and assisting doctors. Labor and delivery nurse prepare women and their families for the stages of giving birth and help patients with breastfeeding after the baby is born. In order to be a labor and delivery nurse you need an associates degree or bachelor's degree in the field of nursing. All of the nurses must pass the National Council Licensure Examination- Registered Nurse (NCLEX-RN) for license.  Associate degrees in nursing programs take two to three years to complete and bachelor degree programs take four years to complete. A labor and delivery nurse requires empathy, critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills. Labor and delivery nurses earn up to $38.62 per hour during a regular shift or as much as 460.57 an hour for overtime. For a daily schedule registered nurses can often be found working 5-8 hour days, 4-10 hour days or 3-12 hour days per week. The four stages are antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal.

I choose this topic because it seemed like a really interesting topic and it is really interesting.

A Choice: Poverty or prosperity

This quote means that to always change what is wrong. People should change what is wrong because if they don't change it, its going to affect their life. For example, if you don't try your best at school. If you don't try your best then your education will be all messed up. People should try their best at school for they could get to their dream job. Another example is, you not wanting to work hard. People have to work hard to achieve their goal. People that don't achieve their goal should work extremely hard to try to achieve it. It always to important to choose what is good for you. 

Depression

A current health-related issue is depression. Depression is a  common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think, and how you act. It causes feelings of sadness or a loss of interest in activities once enjoyed. It can also lead to a change of emotional and physical problems. It can decrease a person's ability to function. There are some people that over think and they get depressed. some lifestyle changes to treat depression are exercise, social support, nutrition, sleep,and stress reduction. This issue is related to me because I have been through that issue and i also had friends that have been through that also and we helped each other out.

Exercise: Regular exercise can be as effective at treating depression as medication.

Social support: Strong social networks reduce isolation, a key risk factor for depression.

Nutrition: eating well is important for both your physical and mental health.

Sleep: Sleep has a strong effect on mood.

Stress Reduction: Makes changes in your life to help manage and reduce stress.

WRONG is NEVER RIGHT

    This quote means that doing something wrong is not the right thing to do. For example if you cheat in school, that is the wrong thing to do because you're basically not trying your best. Cheating could give you a good grade at school but when it comes to a test you're not going to be able to cheat. It is better to do whats right and try your best. Another example is doing something you don't suppose to do. Doing the wrong thing will lead you to negative consequences and its not going to help you in life. There are a lot of people that do whats wrong. Some people are old enough to know/realize what is the right thing to do and the wrong thing to do. Its is really important to choose the right.

Social Worker

Duties and Responsibilities: They identify people who need help, develop plans to improve their client's well-being, research and refer clients to community resources, such as food stamps,child care, and health care, and respond to crisis situations such as child abuse.

Salary: The median annual Social Worker salary is $54,972 with a range usually between $48,634-$61,613.

Education: The bachelor's degree in social work is the most common requirement for entry-level positions.

This quote means that people are never right or wrong. It is impossible that right could be wrong and for wrong to be right. An example is when someone is working on something, it's never going to be right or wrong. Doing something wrong is when you do something you don't suppose to do. Doing something right is when you choose the right and not do something wrong. Not all things are going to come out perfect. When something is wrong it's going to stay wrong. When something is right it's going to stay right. It is always important to choose the right.
