This quote means that people could be able to accomplish their goals. For example, if you set a goal for yourself. You are going to have to try and try to accomplish your goal. In football you have to try hard to make the football in the goal. An example of a goal is getting good grades. It could be hard to maintain straight A's.  There are some people that set that goal to themselves and they end up giving up. Instead of giving up they should keep trying. People should always choose the right and accomplish their goal.
