This quote means that good values are the most important thing someone could have. An example of good values are doing what is right. For example, if you don't cheat. Some people think that cheating is the right thing to do. It's not the right thing to do. Yes there some test are hard and people cheat. They cheat to not get a bad grade. It is better to try your best. If you get something wrong in the test, for example in a math test, you could ask for help. Don't ask for help during the test , but ask for help before if you don't get it. It is important to do what is right. It is also important to always choose the right.
