This quote means that making a goal will help you. For example the kid in video that was playing basketball. His goal was to make 96 pointers in 5 minutes. It took him a lot of practice. He wouldn't be that good if he didn't practice. He practiced everyday and got better each day. Every game he had he made a basket. People should make a goal because it will help them. If they are in a sport they should set a goal and they will become better. It is always to set a goal.
