This quote means to keep your head up no matter what. For example, if your going through a tough situation. Things may be hard but it doesn't mean you have to stop trying. People need to fight for it and not stay there doing nothing about it. People always have to think positive. People shouldn't waste time thinking about what they could've done differently. If people bend their head they're going to think that you are not strong enough. You have to show them that you are strong by always keeping you head high and not bend. People shouldn't let anything get to them, they should always keep good posture. It is always important to keep your head up.
