This quote means that in order to do what is right, you have to stand alone. For example the girl in the video. She was 6 ft tall and people where telling her things. She stood up for herself. She was a really friendly person. She was the tallest one from all her friends. Her friends said that she's friendly and loving. People shouldn't  judge other people without knowing who they really are. She did something right for herself and that was standing up for herself. There are people that just other people keep telling them things to not start and argument. It is always important do what is right even though you have to stand alone.
